Disc
Technology

Disc Technology, classified with color codes according to micron size. Discs arranged on a spine feature cross-precision lines on both sides.

The filtration is formed by a series of stringed rows of discs, with the two discs facing each other, stacked on a specially designed spine and compressed by a flap assembly. The resulting structure forms an important filtration provision that effectively traps solids. This structure is enclosed in a corrosion and pressure resistant housing.

Disk filter systems are designed for long-term and simple operation.

Self-Cleaning: When the backwashing process starts, pressurized water (at least 2 bar) carries the filter cake (particles) accumulated between the discs (rings) stacked on a spine to the atmosphere (external environment) in the opposite direction. In this way, it completes the self-cleaning process.

Water Types: Excellent in-depth efficient filtration is the perfect solution for the removal of high amounts of suspended solid organic matter. Suitable for all water types.

Filtering Element: High quality, color coded according to the filter sensitivity and has a polymer structure with special striped discs (rings).

Filtration Grade: 20 - 130 microns
